I'm not sure what the deal with the arms are. They seem too large for me but that's probably because I have SUPER thin arms - honest to god. It also looks like I'm being strangled to death but the bodice. Which isn't true at all.
Outfit!
Coat: Fanplusfriend. Coen bought it for me for Christmas.
Neck Corset: Love Child Boudoir. This was bought a long time ago. I never get to wear it but I think I might be wearing it a lot more often now.
Corset: Gallery Serpentine. Given to me by Kitty.
Blouse: Kmart! You can't see it.
Shorter skirt: Thrifted.Longer skirt: Thrifted.
Shoes: Demonia. Bought from eBay.
Socks: I'm wearing bed-socks that were a gift. :3 Because, it's not like anyone can tell!
Coen wore my top hat while failing at taking pictures of me. Hehe. He hates photos, that's why he looks so uncomfortable.

I think it's a win! The coat is just amazing. Judging by the style, I'd say the upper sleeves are supposed to be puffy/loose. Most likely, you could taper the lower arm parts to make them more fitted and shorten them fairly easily (remove the cuffs, taper and shorten the sleeves, then reattach the cuffs).
